Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our Florida warehouse within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that during new product launches, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Cali Girl Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
